Hi, I'm Moe, and I’ve had the privilege of helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate since 2007 in Greater Vancouver. My journey in sales began long before I entered the real estate market. For over eight years, I worked at Future Shop (now Best Buy), where I built a reputation for excellence in sales and customer service. I was part of the Circle of Excellence year after year, a recognition that taught me the importance of understanding people’s needs and providing solutions that work for them.

Since transitioning into real estate in 2007, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of properties—from farms and wineries to commercial buildings and small businesses. However, my focus has always been on residential real estate—apartments, townhomes, and houses. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in North Vancouver, Port Moody, Downtown Vancouver, and Coquitlam, where I spent the first decade of my career. This has given me extensive knowledge of the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas, but I’ve also worked in places like West Vancouver, Richmond, White Rock, and Kelowna. My clients have trusted me with their real estate transactions not only within these neighborhoods but also in these other areas, expanding my reach and expertise.


I bring an analytical approach to every transaction, shaped by my background in civil engineering and business administration at UVic, UBC, and Douglas College. My training in engineering allows me to analyze data and crunch the numbers with precision, which helps me make informed, strategic decisions for my clients. Over the years, I’ve earned top sales awards and consistently placed in the top 10% of all realtors, but what I value most are the strong, loyal relationships I’ve built with my clients. These friendships are a testament to the trust and commitment I bring to every transaction.
